Dublin Cafés: Camerino

I decided to start a new category, because I feel like I will never be able to write just one blogpost about the cities I(‘ve) live(d) in, because you just find so many great places you want to tell people about when you’re there for longer. So here’s my first post for my new category Hometown Favourites: My favourite Dublin bakery.

I have a sweet tooth. A really bad one to be correct. And I am constantly on the search for Cafés or Bakeries that can satisfy my addiction. And I’ve found one in Dublin you all have to try: Café Camerino.

It’s close to one of Dublin’s biggest shopping street, Henry/Mary Street, in Capel Street to be exact and it offers all the delicious goodness that goes along with your afternoon tea or just as a dessert after lunch. They also offer coffee, and from Monday-Friday you can get Breakfast and Lunch there. I’ve never tried it but I’m sure it’s as delicious as their cakes.

My favourite: The Raspberry-Cheescake-Brownie. And in addition to that, you can learn how to bake in their cute little kitchen or you can (per)order a whole cake to take home for your next coffee invitation.

So if you are in Dublin (or if you are planning on going there anytime soon): Try it! You won’t be disappointed!

You can find Camerino, along with all other restaurants I introduce to you on my blog, on my Where to eat & drink map here. You’re welcome 🙂
